1.The Consultation
The step of the cleaning process is based on consultation. In order for the quotation to be generated, a house/office viewing needs to be done to confirm the size of the location, what requires cleaning and amount of manpower required to provide you with an exceptional cleaning experience.
2. The Cleaning
Once quotation has been sent and 50% payment has been received. Using top of the range cleaning equipment and service provided by our experienced cleaning staff - the cleaning process begins.
3. The After Sales
The final step of our cleaning process is the after sales. This involves communicating with the client on how their service experience was. Ensuring that the client is elated and had the best experience is our number one priority. Feedback will guarantee service improvement and/or return of sales.
